Replant Leadership Team
Dr. Tim Burdick — Association Mission Strategist
Dr. Tim Burdick serves as the Association Mission Strategist for the Lake County Baptist Association. With a Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and training through NAMB Replant Labs, Tim provides strategic guidance and support for the Sugarloaf Church replant process.

Stephen Bell — Sugarloaf Church Trustee & Registered Agent
Stephen Bell serves as the Sugarloaf Church trustee bringing local knowledge and dedicated leadership to the transition process.

Administrative Pastor
Dr. Randy Mohundro – Pastor – Administrator
Dr. Randy Mohundro has served churches in both Texas and Florida. He is known for his gifts of teaching and administration as well as pastoring all ages. He holds advanced degrees in educational administration as well as experience as a public school administrator. He is also trained in working with those battling addiction and their families.
